Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. When life feels overwhelming, our therapists are here to guide you through the challenges, uncover hidden barriers, and reignite hope—even when it feels out of reach. Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, or personal struggles, we’re here to help you rediscover joy and fulfillment.

The ones we love most can also be the ones we struggle with the most. When conflicts arise, our therapists help you explore challenges, rebuild trust, and rediscover the love and connection that brought you together. No matter where your relationship stands, healing and harmony are possible.

Parenting is both rewarding and challenging, and you’re not alone in feeling lost at times. If your child is struggling with defiance, depression, ADHD, or other difficulties, we’re here to help. Our therapists provide guidance and support to bring hope back into your parenting journey.

Anger isn’t always a choice, but how we respond to it is. If anger is straining your relationships, impacting your happiness, or creating consequences you no longer want to face, we’re here to help. Our therapy provides the tools to regain control and build healthier responses for individuals, parents, and teens.

Addiction affects not just the individual but the entire family—especially when it’s your child you’re trying to help. We provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy to support recovery and guide you through the next steps. You are not alone, and healing is possible.

Being a teenager is more complicated than ever, and we’re here to help. Our therapists specialize in supporting teens through challenges like social pressure, mental health, motivation, school struggles, and legal issues. With expert guidance and understanding, we help teens build confidence, resilience, and a path to success.

We work alongside schools to ensure students get the support they need. From navigating IEPs and expulsions to exploring alternative education options, we help families understand the system and advocate for their child’s success. When challenges arise, you don’t have to face them alone.

Legal challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Whether you're navigating mental health or addiction-related legal issues or seeking family reunification, we provide expert guidance and necessary documentation to help you move forward.

Healing happens best in community. Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive space to connect with others facing similar challenges. Whether as a stand-alone service or alongside individual therapy, groups offer powerful opportunities for growth. We also offer free support groups for families raising teens—ask us about current options.

Brittany Johns, LMFT | Supervisor, Therapist
Having started out with a career in family law, I have built my clinical career around giving hope to broken families. In helping family’s with struggling teens I am the Inspired Resolutions specialist in helping the younger children who are often affected by the teen’s issue in the home.
I have had the unique experience consulting with elementary, middle and high school’s giving me important insight into helping families navigate their children’s school system. As a Drug Court therapist, I have also become experienced in navigating mental health in the legal system that has lead me to work with children and teens of adopted and
foster care families. In joining with our local community I have dedicated my Monday nights from 8-9 pm providing a free group for young women.

I received my Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy at Cal State University, Fullerton.
I started my career at Outreach Concerns working in the school systems and with today's youths. My love for gaming and martial arts has helped me to connect with teens and develop a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Having gone through a traumatic life-changing injury at a young age, I developed a passion for inspiring and helping others to overcome their struggles and become the best versions of themselves.
I integrate my own experiences with trauma, grief, anger, and hopelessness to connect with my clients and promote healing and growth.

Many parents come to me exhausted, having tried everything to guide their troubled teen. The 90/10 rule at Inspired Resolutions helps parents shift focus—90% on bonding, 10% on discipline—building tru... ...more
